Self-exclusion
You are always free to take a break from gambling with us, and we encourage you to do so if you feel that this may help you. This function allows you to close your account for a period of time of your choice.
If you feel your betting habits are negatively affecting your life, please consider a self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion is either a temporary (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 180 days) or permanent period of commitment in which you will not be able to access your account. The period you choose cannot be adjusted or lifted.
If you decide to permanently self exclude from Moneyball, we will close your account for good and ensure that you are unable to hold an account with us in future.

To self exclude through our app:
- Be logged into your account
- Go to 'More'
- Choose 'Responsible tools'
- Select 'Self-exclusion'
- Select the self-exclusion period you want
- Click 'Submit Self Exclusion' to finalise

If you are self-excluding from us permanently, please consider self-excluding yourself from other sports bookmakers you are a member of. You can do so via the Northern Territory Racing Commission, with the option to be self-excluded from all sports bookmakers governed by the NTRC. Access this option here.
