There may be a few reasons why you’re having difficulty depositing funds into your Moneyball account:
Do you have enough funds?
It may seem obvious, but please double check you have enough funds available to make a deposit into your Moneyball account.
Have you reached your deposit limit?
If you've set a deposit limit, you won't be able to deposit more than your limit for that particular period.
Are the card details correct?
Have you been issued a new card? In most cases, the details will be slightly different, so please double check your card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV match what you've entered. Otherwise you'll need to add your new card as a separate payment option.
Have you completed your card's security code/prompt?
Some cards such as Visa or Mastercard may require you to complete a security prompt before completing a transaction. Please make sure you have entered the correct code or password before submitting your deposit attempt.

The following financial institutions may prohibit using their cards for betting purposes:
-
Macquarie
