Have you verified your account?
Unverified accounts cannot make withdrawals until the necessary verification steps are completed. Please provide the relevant ID and complete the verification process as prompted by our correspondence.
Please note, that accounts not verified within 72 hours of creation may be suspended. Contact our support team at email@example.com to have your account re-opened if this has happened.
Have you turned over your deposit?
Any deposits must be turned over (any amount not utilised to place bets) before being able to be withdrawn.

Have you uploaded a bank statement to your first-time withdrawal request?
We ask you to attach your recent bank statement to your first withdrawal request. The information present on this document helps fulfil our KYC (know your customer) requirements.

Have you changed your password?
