If you've recently made a deposit, but can't see the funds in your Moneyball account wallet, please check out the below information:
Did you exit before the deposit screen read 'Success'?
If you've accidentally left the deposit screen before the 'Success' notice displays, the transaction hasn't been completed. Not to worry, your deposited funds will bounce and arrive back in your bank account within an hour's time.
To make sure your funds are processed properly next time, be sure to wait until the 'Success' indicator displays. Then you'll be good to go!
Are you competing your bank app's payment authentication?
Cards such as Visa or Mastercard may have an additional security step that requires completion before transactions are finalised.
You'll be prompted to enter a security code from your bank app to paste into the Moneyball deposit screen. If left un-entered or pasted incorrectly, your funds may not be fully processed. Your deposit should return to your card within an hour's time if this is the case.
Have you waited for our payments system to receive your funds?
Your account automatically refreshes every 30 seconds, in some cases, you may need to wait for the next refresh for your funds to appear in your account.
