Is your Moneyball account verified?
All customers have 14 days to complete account verification. If left uncompleted, your accounts will be suspended. It remains as such until you contact the team to have this rectified.
Please reach out to us via email@example.com and one of our agents will be able to assist you with the verification process.
Have you permanently self-excluded?
If you've requested a permanent self-exclusion with us or via the Northern Territory Racing Commission, your account is closed and cannot be accessed. You also won't be able to create any additional accounts. These decisions are final.
Have you closed your account previously?
If this is the case, please get in touch with the team via firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our agents will be to assist.
Are you using the correct log in option?
We offer the following sign up options upon account creation:

When you go to log in again, you'll need to continue with the same option you selected to sign up with. Trying to log in with a different option won't be successful.
