You can make a complaint via the following options:
- Moneyball App (logged in or logged out)
- Webform
Through the Moneyball App:
- Be logged into the App.
- Click 'More' and select 'Email Support & Feedback'
- Set the topic as 'Make a formal complaint' and provide all relevant details.
If you are unable to log into the app, you can contact our team from the login screen:
- On the login screen, click the question mark icon on your right.
- Fill in your details accordingly
- Set the topic as 'Make a formal complaint' and provide all relevant details.
